Ok, I am taking my savage to get worked on, I tried fixing it myself but after having this thing nearly a month and having only riden the damn thing 5 days total I realize I'm not much of a mechanic. Anyway, while I am havign them fix the left blinker, and my electrical system (or starter relay, which ever is the problem) and a tune up, and oil change, I figure I get them to remove that infamous white spacer in the carb. I want to know exactly what to tell them when I bring it up there so I got myself a manual but im not 100% sure. Si have scanned in what I believe to be the spacer.

I have indicated what I believe to be the spacer in question. If this is it maybe it will be helpful to anyone in the future for illustrating to someone the "spacer" when they ask.
I have also scanned in a diagram of the entire carb so that someone can tell me where the spacer is if I was incorrect with my assumption on the other pic.
